Switch to the party more supportive of outsourcing? Doesn't make much sense.

(Worth noting this happens mostly in the field that I work in, now my job in particular is hardly at risk, but still.)
The Republican party has far more people supportive of the view that "the damn foreigners" are responsible for job loses, rather than laying the blame on those who are truly responsible, namely the greedy companies who care for nothing but profit.
What did you expect the Filipinos would do, when offered high paying jobs: "Oh no, if we take these jobs, the poor American workers will have to move on unemployment benefits and earn only ten times as much as us, instead of thirty" [/sarcasm]

Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo
There are better reasons than jobs to vote against Macapagal Arroyo. I can think of several... and vote for her in that spirit.

Priorities to knock out ASAP

Rafael Correa
Kostas Karamanlis
Lee Myung-Bak
Nikola Gruevski
Martin Torrijos, only because he isn't President anymore or if he is, ain't for long.
Why Gruevski?
