Slightly OT, but this paranoia about "OMG STRANGERS AROUND TEH CHILDRENZ!!!1!" is really overdone. Statistically, it's far more likely that these children are being abused by their own parents than by some other person like Bushie. The idea that no adult male should ever be around children who aren't his is ridiculous.
It says something about the dilapidation of familial closeness and of families as an operational unit in the modern age that anyone would even make that implication, although I admit it does seem a little excessive to go that far out of the way to assist with something so minor.
