Can they just do a vote to keep things exactly as they are in perpetuity? Because it's pretty clear there's not enough support to actually do anything on this issue.

A true crime that must be investigated.

As sad as this situation has become, it really has been fascinating political theater. For selfish purposes, I hope it keeps up.

We might have Trump, but at least we can look to the UK for some quality shambolic politics.

I’m rooting for an election by fall myself.

Having lived in both places the past 18 months, the UK situation feels much, much more ridiculous.

How is it possible for a new leader to have a tenable majority?

He actually had his best ever constituency result in 2017 I think.

It is rumoured Corbyn has approached him about a Shadow Cabinet return on at least one occasion, allegedly he turned it down but not before seriously thinking about it.

The return of Ed Miliband to power would somehow be the most entertaining thing to come out of this mess.

I'd also argue that a lot of the working class folks that Labour is supposedly representing doesn't really have an opinion on Brexit, or at least, not particularly strong ones. Unless they've been politicized for a particular party/faction at this point, they're more or less as aware as the peasants of King's Landing sitting between Daenerys and Cersei.
