I'm pretty sure it's going to be a woman. The whole point of Missy happening was to warm up audiences toward the idea.

Hell, given Chibnall's the new showrunner I wouldn't be surprised if it was Olivia Coleman.

I actually really liked the finale apart from Bill's fate. The Master and Missy's last scene was perfect.
