Does Paul Ryan deserve to be called a cuck?

I see him as a tragic figure; a man with promise, held back by his own flaws which frustrate his better angels, and unwilling to stand up to those whom he has the burden of leading.  But in this Shakespearean drama I imagine the term "cuckhold" is likely be placed upon him by some comic character.

I'm finding a lot of joy in trying to discern who the comic character is this year. There are so many choices.
