They covered this on KQED Forum recently and basically the gist is that there doesn't seem to be any worry at the top despite hearings soon -- the fine that was levied was relatively pedestrian. A lot of people are criticizing the process insofar that it would probably result in the employees being blamed even though there's likely an implicit culture of "meet your goal no matter what or get fired".
