I didn't mean to sound homophobic, I meant that as things stand the GOP will not nominate an open homosexual.

Yes, I would consider voting for him. That's what I meant went I called him a "good candidate"?

well, for me haley barbour would be a good candidate for the GOP nomination, but I'd never vote for him. Also, I think Feingold is a terrific politician, but if he were to run against obama and I had my right to vote, I'd vote Obama =).
