PA to me is a little like MO. You have two cities on both sides of the state that are Dem strongholds and for the most part what is in between is GOP. Now there's a difference somewhere because MO usually goes GOP and PA Dem, and it might be that the cities and surrounding areas in PA are more quite a bit more solidly Dem than the cities in MO and especially the surrounding areas. But that's a "guesstimation" on my part.
