Do FF preferences generally go to SF or FG? If the latter, then FG can still get 2 seats off of a second-place performance in Wexford; if the former, SF gets a seat there, while the 2 FG candidates must battle for the last seat (right now, there is a 1-vote difference between ex-TD Michael D'Arcy Jr., one of very few unlucky FG TDs to lose in 2011, and incumbent TD Paul Kehoe).
Looks that Wexford FF people doesn't like SF too much. Mythen only got 573 preferences from Byrne.

"FF to demand Taoiseach's office in any deal"? Even though they clearly came in second? Dear Lord, their 2011 disaster hasn't shaken their sense of entitlement one bit!
Problem is that FG without FF wouldn't have any road to power, while FF have many roads.

Being junior party in coalition in Ireland is almost a suicide... Then this is a potato that everybody wants to throw away. Examples don't lack... Clann na Poblachta, Labour, Progressive Democrats, Greens are only a taste of that.
FF-SF would need a dozen of seats to be viable. Then, there are a lot of road maps... Labour, Social Democrats, Alphabet Left, I4C, IA, GP, Jackie's Childs...

Dublin Bay North - 4 seats still to be filled

It seems O Riordain is going to be re-elected, after all.
I don't say that. O'Callaghan transfers will be going to Broughan and McGrath. Then Ó Riordain can end being eliminated by next rounds. But this race will end on recount...

Goddamnit, Ireland. I don't give a crap about who was elected in Dublin Central South West. I want some goddaamned national party standings. How many seats has everyone got? How many are left to be counted?
FG will get 49-50 at maximum, by now, while FF will get 44-45. SF can get 23-25. And Labor gan go to until 8 seats.

Anyway, it's finally confirmed... Sean Haughey has been elected. *sigh*
And Lyons is out. Ó Ríordáin is 3rd, but he isn't safe, as Haughey and Lyons preferences can push him out. I believe in a recount for this race.

Who do you think will have a government first? Spain or Ireland? I have no idea at this point.
Ireland... FF+SF have many roads to win...
