And it was good.

No, I'm not voting yet. I'm waiting on something...

The 5th dentist has finally caved.  He's supporting Trident.  Now you can vote.

Round 2:
KEmperor/Alcon: 3 (winner on 1st preference votes)
Lewis Trondheim/True Democrat: 3

The First Preference rule no longer applies.

I was unaware of this, I'm afraid I dont read every bill the Senate debates(There are way too many of them).  How do we break ties?

I’m still trying to decide how to vote, which is why I’ve yet to cast my ballot.

Whatever you vote, make sure to vote with vigor and decisiveness.

Wink

At least one person needs to cast a ballot, and then delete it and post that their ballot exploded.

HAHAHA!  Gabu, I nominate you!

Further to this, I am honestly confused as to how we might settle ties in earlier rounds. For example, at the time of writing there is a tie in Round 2 with Kemp on 6 and then Al and Lewis on 4 jointly. How do we resolve this tie? The Statute seems to indicate a runoff vote, but its not terribly clear.

As Clause 7 is not applicable, I assume that we'd just give the candidates the choice of doing the random number thing, and if the decision to do so is not unanimous, we'd have the governors vote, as it says.

In larger races like the last presidental election, that could get quite complicated with mulitple tiebreakers needed.

I've decided we need a good Chief Justice more than we need a good President and to follow the hallowed Sooth Carolina tradition of electing Senators for life.

Um....thanks for screwing me over and complimenting me all at once I guess.

Ernest was unhappy about the Alcon selection.  I had to re-make a special banner w/o the VP name on it for him.

He basically said he voted against me because he thinks I'm more valuable in the court.  Which is a valid positon, I hold no ill will.
