You are acting like such a child.  Your bill gets struck down, so you won't vote for me, and you run yourself.  I'm sorry, but I am not going to pander to special interests in ANY court cases just to increase my popularity on this forum.

It IS unconstitutional.  Did you read the decision at all?  Any powers not specifically given to the federal government is reserved to the states, or the people.  There is no part of the Powers Amendment that gives the government the power to provide for unwed mothers.

I would like you to please point out where in the Constitution the Senate is given the power to pass any laws it has decided are for the "General Welfare".
