An interesting question is emerging as to whether an anonymous phone tip from a person already charged with false reporting, constitutes a valid basis for issueance of a search warrant?

Well, in Texas, a judge with less respect for the Constitution of the United States than Roy Bean did so!

It will be interesting to see how the media handles the case of Rozita Swinton.

In some respects this seems like the Duke case all over again.
