What is the deal with people not understanding how to put together a decent trade?
In my money league a guy offered me 3 mediocre position players for Trevor Bauer, Not only would I lose arguably the best pitcher in Baseball atm, I would have to drop 2 other players to make room for the other mediocrities.

I picked Cole because the Mets offense is worse than the Yankees, so I thought that in a points league, Cole's higher floor for wins, would get me more points than DeGrom's superior ERA, given both would put up similar strikeout numbers. If I'd known how poorly the Yankees offense would start, I'd have taken DeGrom instead.
I would have taken DeGrom if Trout wasn't available.

Which raises the question of why you're choosing to use Shohei Ohtani as a pitcher, when he leads the majors in home runs, has almost 70 RBI's, and has a pretty decent batting average too.
Doesn't hurt to put him in a SP slot every 5 days and a UTIL slot the other 4?
