If more than 50% of voters in any election cast a blank ballot, the result will be nullified and a special election will take place two weeks from the first election.

I would like a vote on this in time for the next election.

Alright this is left over from the first Senate 5-0 was the final count before we abandoned it. Should somebody from the old senate vote, should there be a revote, or should have one senator still serving from the old senate vote?

I think it just dies.
