Here is the plan:
1. Abolish regions.
2. Nullify the current constitution.
3. Create complete voter re-registration
     3a. Follow procedures outlined here:

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=111579.msg2379178#msg2379178

4. Federal elected officials may retain their positions for ease of transition, but may not legislate regarding anything except:
5. Constitutional Convention
5a. A new constitution must be derived from the convention, a failure to do so would mean the end of Atlasia, as the previous constitution has been nullified.

My plan: (The Ogis Plan)
Note: My plan only works if there are 4 or more parties with 10 or more people:
1. There will be an upper and lower house of Congress
1a. The upper house will consist of 12 members, with 6 month terms. Every month, 2 members will be elected.
1b. The lower house will consist of 12 members, with 2 month terms. Every month, 6 members will be elected.
2. Election system:
          1) Every citizen is entitled two votes. One vote for someone within their party, and one vote for someone outside.
          2) To win the office, a candidate must have a majority of votes from his party, and the most outside-pary votes out of all the candidates.
          3) A candidate is ineligible to run for office if he/she does not receive a majority of votes from his/her party.
          4) If no candidate wins enough votes from within his/her party no candidate from that party will be eligible to run.
          5) There is only one party switch allowed per 6 months, with one free move in the first two weeks.
5a) Joining a new party is a situation exempt from the above statement.

*President and VP will be elected the same way as currently.*

I'm not asking for a violent revolution. If so, I would have brought the French.

because they always do so well at war and fighting

No, but they're good at overthrowing bad governments very violently.

I continue to survive. Meanwhile, I advise my fellow Pacific residents to flee to Washington, to avoid any military tension.

While the bighead miltitias beat up a crash dummy, the real Ogis drinks coffee at Starbucks.

Oh man, looks like I'm toast. Now I'll go hide in a toaster.
