I do kind of wonder how much better House Democrats could've done if they had had a better view of the state of play; from their spending decisions it's very clear that Sean Maloney was a believer in the Red Wave and Tom Emmer was not, so you had large amounts of fundraising going to people who were basically safe (do we still remember the last-two-weeks freakout over Julia Brownley)? They came really close to holding the House as it is.

I think this slogan doesn't really address what voters cared about in 2022, though.
