A. Samoa: No preference ballot is being held and delegates elected won't formally be bound to anyone, so I guess 100% uncommitted.
Utah: 54% Cruz, 30% Kasich, 16% Trump
Arizona: 43% Cruz, 37% Trump, 20% Kasich
Dem (I've looked at these a lot less, so these are pretty much just gut feeling):
Arizona: 56% Clinton, 41% Sanders, 3% Other
Idaho: 59% Sanders, 39% Clinton, 2% Other
Utah: 56% Sanders, 39% Clinton, 5% Other
