strange results for VA: at 14% reported, a site gave webb by 2 and CNN Allen by 7.

The VA Board of Elections site is presenting different numbers than the CNN site.

Has Arlington reported any votes yet? I read that they haven't - if that's true Webb could definitely still win this thing.....

Arlington has not reported anything on the VA Elections site.

has early voting been included in the VA numbers?

VA does not have early voting if I recall correctly. As far as absentee ballots, not sure if they have been counted or not.
