Good news, I guess. If the Arabs/Palestinians want to complain some more about settlement constuction, how about they agree to direct talks with Israel and then immedaitely start discussing borders. Also, Israel should keep all of Jerusalem and all the large Jewish settlements in the West Bank in a final peace treaty. The Arabs/Palestinians can keep the rest of the West Bank (and all of Gaza) and could dismantle all the smaller settlements.
