Added today

Lt. Governor

57-43 Halter

Holt actually didn't get crushed in various parts of the state. Probably because he had run for statewide office before.

Secretary of State

62-35 Daniels

Daniels is the most successful statewide Democrat that was contested by a Republican.

Attorney General

58-37 McDaniel

Gunner DeLay is a cousin of Tom DeLay.

Treasurer

60-37 Shoffner

Chris Morris is a Black Republican, but he did do better than the Republican candidate for Secretary of State.

But, he's not the first Black Republican to run statewide in Arkansas either.

The Green Party candidate here was a 21 year old college student.

State Auditor

Jim Wood 85, Bolzenius (Green Party Candidate) 15

Bolzenius did get over 20% in a cluster of Northwest Arkansas counties. Proving that some Republicans will probably vote for a Greenie over a Democrat.

Anyone else think that Holt will probably be the GOP Senate candidate again in 2008?

Either Holt or Jim Bob Duggar
