It wouldn't surprise me if ICG decided to try and blame this on Manchin, since ICG's CEO is a Republican donor and all.

The families have been saying that Ben Hatfield told them about the miners being alive.

The lawsuit thing isn't a stunner to me.

ICG is going to be paying out a few million, at the least.
