I think anyone should be allowed to vote in this.  Anyway, count my vote or not as you wish.   My top 3 Republican presidents are:

Reagan
Eisenhower
TR

President: President Ronald W. Reagan (R-CA)
Vice-President: President Richard M. Nixon (R-NY)

Akno, wasn't Nixon also from California?

Thus making him ineligible to run with Reagan, if you play by those rules....

Or at least, the electors from CA couldn't vote for him.
