Every THREE months?  All the other elections are every four...this would make things a little confusing.

Lets link the Gov elections to the midterm Senate elections...April, August, and December.

I don't think the constitution for a region need be that complicated.  One person should be able to write it in an afternoon.  Just look at what some of the other regions have adopted, and use those as a template.

PBrunsel, why don't you just write the constitution, and post it for everyone's approval.   We'll suggest changes if we don't like what you come up with.  I wanted ILV to do this, he is the Governor after all.  His idea is to have a "task force", well I nominate you as the sole member.  Do this, and you pretty much have my vote for the next Governor's race.
