The Tarrance Group isnīt probably worth much. Read this:
Few expect Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D, Md.) to lose this November, but a recent poll by Tarrance Group, a Republican polling firm, gives Eric Wargotz a 3431 percent lead over the incumbent. In light of this poll, Wargotz has pledged an additional $500,000 to his campaign.

That comes when Rasmussen and PPP have released polls recently that have Mikulski ahead by 30% against Wargotz ... 
That was a poll of Baltimore County, not the state as a whole
