Agreed, but there is another part of me that want's the Supreme Court to rule that this crap is unconstitutional nonsense, kind of like they did recently with the Texas restrictions in Whole Woman's Health. Kennedy seems to have moved to the left when it has come to abortion, so that's nice.

This bill doesn't even have a life of the mother exception to it. Yikes!

I'm Pro-Life and i'm against Abortion with no exceptions.

So the life and well being of the mother is less important than the fetus and her death is okay as long as the fetus lives?
