It is worth noting that Trump underperformed by a lot in the WOW counties - which is the reason why WI was even close in the first place. If he can get those votes back in 2020, WI should be much more favorable to him.

But yeah, WI is a swing state.

If Clinton got Feingold's numbers in Southcentral WI (outside of Dane County) and Southwest WI she would have won. It is really crazy to see how much the two races diverged, even with the same result.
