Why make the speech about crime? How is going hard on crime going to win over swing voters when it's at a historic low??

Have you not seen Ferguson, Baltimore, the college campuses?

Statistics are more important than images when making policy.

Sadly, and scarily, I think this speech is *good* in the sense that I can see it earning him support.

Maybe, but in many ways its way to dark. There is no positive aspects to this.
