Sanders is really doing an excellent job tonight. Clear winner so far.

Bernie and Hillary hacks will be happy. Despite the shouting and sniping, it's still 1000x more substantive than any GOP debate.

It's been that way for the entire cycle. When most debates are done I feel more confidant about both candidates the Republicans.

Why does Bernie never bring up his Jewish background? He got into politics because he had family killed.

For whatever reason he doesn't like to bring that up and only will when asked.

As a neutral observer here, I find both candidates to be well prepared but Sanders is a little bit too agressive, especially since Clinton is not really hitting him as hard as she theoretically could.

I also think that there is a philosophical and practical disconnect in Sanders' principles. He was willing to vote against (an admittedly flawed) car bailout bill, because of his principles, and risk putting millions out of work?!?

He did not vote against the auto-bailout, he voted against the Wall Street Ballot.
