Even though he's still a cosponsor of fetal personhood bill.

This is the type of issue that will hurt him with those Denver suburban voters that have been recently going Dem that he'll need to cut into in order to win.

Mark Udall is co-sponsoring legislation that would reverse the Hobby Lobby decision. Obviously this won't pass, but it will be a key campaign tool against Gardner and his past support for personhood legislation in the vital Denver suburbs. Very smart move!
