Rollin' in the thread with a few selfies.

I went to Garret Graves' swearing-in today. I lost most of my Congresscritter friends after last election so I went to make new ones

Also introduced myself to Boustany:

I also had a few words with my BFF Vitter, but figured we already have enough selfies.

The other day, I went to go see Bernie Sanders give a lecture at the Brookings Institute. I didn't get a selfie with him, so this shot of the room will have to suffice:

I also found this picture while scrolling through pics of the speech. Its a wonderful shot of my back while I'm looking down live tweeting:

People often give me him on the "Which Senator is the previous poster most like?" thread, so here's Manchin, as I met him today:

^ Thanks!

I like meeting pols from both parties, but Manchin and Tim Kaine are the most personable/likeable ones that I've met.

^ At our College Democrats national conference a few years ago, we had quite a few members address us. Kaine was the only one who stuck around after his speech to talk with us personally.

Seemingly little things like that make a difference, IMO.

This was completely by chance. I was getting to the airport this morning and ran into this lady:

Have you considered getting a better-fitting suit?

I've lost about 10 lbs since I got that suit!

Selfie with Rep. Beyer. He's actually the first Democratic Congressman I've ever had.
