#6 and #7. Pre-K has been shown to not benefit children. Social security payments are capped, so contributions should be too. Increasing Social Security payments would make the program even less solvent.

Prek helps parents, that makes it beneficial in and of itself. When both parents can work and not get destroyed on child care that helps raise people up.
