It should not say "In case of a vote on an Amendment to the Constitution, legislation may only be introduced after the Senate has approved the Amendment" because that technically menas the Senate must either approve the Amendment or never vote on anything ever again.

This is true but I may not support this, I always PM the Governor's anyway about it. Well I'll wait and see.

Because the Governors don't usually look in here to see about amendments. And I PM them anyway so this really isn't important IMO. Smiley

Another 24 hours with no debate so I hereby open this amendment up for a vote. (It changes Joe's original version) Please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain

5. If the Senate has formally approved an Amendment to the Constitution, legislation may only be introduced after the President Pro-Tempore has posted a thread notifying the Governor's of the Senate's approval of the Amendment in question.

With 5 Ayes, 2 Nays and 1 Abstenation this bill has enough votes to pass, Senators now have 24 hours to change their votes.
