Yes you can, I also think citizens should come in all the time if they want to.

Several in Milwaukee a few years ago.

I might remember that, not sure if it's the one you are thinking of but we weren't supposed to drink the water from the tap at all. I can't remember what was wrong with the water though, the name's at the tip of my tongue.

I am familiar with the Milwaukee incident, but as far as I'm concerned if you're living in Milwaukee anyway, life is a health hazard. 

Ha ha very funny Sam. That's mostly only in the poor black areas, for some reason the Mexicans aren't that interested in killing each other. The rest of the city and county is perfectly fine, trust me, I live in the county.
