The Hermit situation is very weird. People say that his account was deleted right before he was about to win the Senate election but wouldn't he just come right back as someone new?
Not sure but he was a very well respected member and was on his way to the Senate.
He deleted it.
He had around 3500 posts, IIRC, and was a former Secretary of State.
