Tough to say.  PA-1 or PA-13 within state.  Out of state it would be hard.

I'd have to say PA5, PA16, and PA19 are my politically ideal congressional dists.

Thta's pretty accurate, but PA-13 is pretty close.  Really, PA-13 is multi-ethnic, mutli-religion, secular/religious, multi-political.  Hard to say.

If you're now talking about Congressmen, Joe Hoeffel woulod be ideal.  Not as liberal as Brady and Fattah, but not as right as Greenwood
