Boris as he will almost certainly win the next election or at least it is extremely likely.  How long he will last is hard to say while it is very unlikely Scheer will ever become PM.  He is too damaged goods so unless he changes a lot (unlikely as unlike Harper quite stubborn) or Trudeau has Wynne like approval ratings (with a minority he will probably be more cautious.  If he got a majority this might happen not with minority) then maybe but neither seems likely.  Also he has to win a majority to become PM, a minority will just result in centre-left parties ganging up to keep him out.  Never mind Ontario and Quebec Tories are not happy with him so at the leadership review, he will probably get over 50%, but not by much and pressure to step down will just intensify so my guess is he won't be leader come next election.  I don't think there will be an election anytime soon as the NDP is broke so they won't pull the plug until they replenish their coffers.
