Sorry, I must be a little statistically challenged.

What is the second chart in Question 10B showing us exactly?  How is it different than the first chart?

The first chart says 95% of people had the same opinion, Undecided-to-Trump 2%, etc., etc.

Is the second one just the same thing in more detail?
