Alright have at it guys.

1. Six-month term limits for welfare recipients.
2. People must choose between welfare and unemployment benefits.
3. Eliminate corporate tax and allow the private sector to hire the unemployed and poor.
4. Abandoned homes turned into public housing for the homeless.
5. Six-month term limits for unemployment benefits followed by a year of work.
6. Choose between unemployment benefits and welfare.
7. Eliminate farm tax so that the money can be used in the private sector.
8. Eliminate federal taxes on crops in order to allow spending cuts on food stamps.
9. Expand Guest Worker Program with Mexico.
10. Expand food stamps for veterans.
11. Allow people to invest up to 20% of their social security into an IRA to gain interest.
12. IRA’s gain more interest than money that sits in Washington D.C.
13. Set up a trust fund in order to keep promises made to people so far.
14. How do people have money for cars, TV’s, and vacations, but not health insurance?
15. Use money saved on welfare spending to build homes for the homeless.

Well either way, I posted this because there are times that we can't afford government programs. This is what can be done to provide greater help in difficult times.
