I'm probably really asking for an attack from the left, but here is where I stand.

1. The federal government cannot force a free citizen to purchase any product.
2. Allow insurance companies to make decisions on coverage costs.
3. Allow health insurance companies to compete across state borders.
4. Allow importation of Canadian drugs.
5. No bill over 3 pages should ever come to a vote in either house.
6. Keep healthcare promises for veterans.
7. Allow people to remain on their parents’ health insurance until age 25.
8. No denial for preexisting conditions.
9. Allow optional health and medical savings accounts for individuals.
10. No public-option because it would bankrupt the private sector healthcare industry.
11. Make long-term illness expenses tax-deductible.
12. Tax-credits for those with private health insurance, but do not make it mandatory.
13. Tax-credits for businesses that provide health insurance for employees.
14. No mandatory health insurance from employer.
15. Keep Medicaid qualifications at the same level and allow free enterprise to work.
16. Eliminate Medicare costs by allowing medical savings accounts.
17. Limit frivolous lawsuits to $750,000.
18. No taxes on snacks, soda, sugar, or any food of any kind.
19. No government intervention of the restaurant businesses or policies.
20. Allow companies to regulate their own smoking laws.
21. Legalize marijuana and possibly cocaine.

I used to be against caps but then I did some research and regardless of the cap, you are still getting everything you paid in. The $750,000 is extra.
