Both are solid conservatives and very underrated. Huckabee may not run so we'll have to wait and see.

If Palin and Huck BOTH don't run...doesn't this push Newt Gingrich to the front-runner? He'd have their support against Romney

Hmm, Newt Gingrich if he runs would split Palin's votes. The same could be said for Rick Santorum who is a long shot at best but nonetheless splits votes.
