Ask him what he learned as a mayor of of a large city in a red state that would benefit other Democrats who are trying to organize and make good policy at the local level.

Good part: mayor of San Antonio is a part-time job, with city managed essentially handling most of the stuff. Would be interesting to point this out about his "executive experience".
