IIRC Duerte actually pledged to kill like 100,000 people as President.

Not yet on track to hit that number.

I very much fear he may reach it before his term is concluded in 2022.

Good thing Duterte won't remain in power through Hillary's first term.

Hillary's first term expires in January 2016.

Duerte's term expires in 2022.
