When I was Attorney General, the wiki was updated.

Hmmm, maybe the President can start appointing a Secretary of the Wiki? (Or maybe "Secretary of National Records" as it sounds more formal.)

This is actually a good idea.

Senate PPT should have responsibility to do it after each bill gets passed IMO.

I see your point, but I fear that many PPTs would neglect this "side duty" just as many AGs does.
