I'm very, very sorry for my involuntary absence. I was totally offline for last couple of days after my internet died. Now I'm back Smiley

Napoleon,

I view my role mostly as a "Bureaucrat General", which means keeping The Statute in order. During my first tenure as AG, I was able to clean up Statute page on wiki and set a new standards for updating it. And I'm simply intending to maintain this course.

bgwah,

Department of Justice under my leadership will bring this case to the court, but, due to my inexperience as a lawyer, I'll rather appoint a special prosecutor to handle the case, rather than try myself. Presently, I'm looking for such person.

What do you see as your role in interpreting the law and how will you go about it?

The Attorney General does not interpret the law. The Supreme Court does.

If I believe there's some violation of our law, I'll simply take it to the Court and await the Court's verdict.

The Attorney General must interpret the law in order to determine if he believes it has been violated, and to build a coherent case.

And you want me to make an interpretation of every single law right now? Tongue
