Yes

No...  If the south wants to leave the union go right ahead, but NC will stay.

No...  If the south wants to leave the union go right ahead, but NC will stay.

I don't believe the Governor ever stated that the south would leave. He just wants the death penalty to be overturned in the region.

That just how the Civil war happen.... South wanted to go in a different way then the nation and when it didnt go their way then they got mad.

This is not only a southern opposition to this law. StevenNick from Washington in the Western Region was in opposition to this act as were many Republicans and UACers. Only because their was such an overwhelming majority of Democrats and other Leftists in the Senate was this act passed.

Yes I know, but This is nothing we can do. The New Senate needs to handly  this issue.

But the issue here is not necessarily do we support the death penalty, it's do we think that Ernest can just nullify it.

If he wants to nullify it, then hold a vote asking people in the south if they want to.
