1st Parliament: Election of the President of South America

Members, under the provisions of Article II, Section 3, of the Constitution Act I hereby convene this election for the office of President of South America.

The Prime Minister has nominated Mr. HagridoftheDeep; I will allow for a further twelve hours for any Member to propose a candidate, and then proceed to the first ballot this evening.

We'll proceed to the first ballot.  Members need to simply post the name of the candidate for whom they wish to vote.
