Oh, no, I wasn't asleep during the campaign, I know that that's the primary purpose of the ConCon, but an entire convention just to remodel the Constitution just to look shiny seems like a silly waste of time.  I have faith that you'll get around to real reform in the future, for good or for ill, but I don't think a "confusing Constitution" is one of them.  The Constitution has always been confusing.  As I recall, the second ConCon was essentially modeled on the "let's decrease confusion!" lines, and it didn't really help the problem.  More importantly, though, when's the last time anyone ever looked at the Constitution? Tongue
