Seeing as a sperm donater cannot know if his sperm has been used to succesfully produce a child, and has no parental rights to that child, obviously he shouldn't have any parental obligations either.

If a woman wants her kid to have a dad who pays child support she can go out there and actually find a real boyfriend, or if she's a lesbian a gay friend. Or I don't know... adopt maybe?!
