1) Be it herby resolved that since Sweden is epic while Iceland blows, the name of the Midwest legaslative body known as the Alþing shall be changed to The Legaslative Body Briefly Known As The Midwest Universal Alþing, But Now Known As the Midwest Universal Riksdag Due To Sweden's Superiority Over Iceland.
2) The name change takes effect immediatly upon passage of the Midwest Universal Alþing, from now more correctly known as The Legaslative Body Briefly Known As The Midwest Universal Alþing, But Now Known As the Midwest Universal Riksdag Due To Sweden's Superiority Over Iceland.
