The other day, I don't remember who it was, but somebody mentioned that in about twenty years or so that Obama might be remembered more fondly by "True Left" types.  However, I remember being around when Bill Clinton was President and everyone I knew thought he was an out and out socialist who wanted to take over America and would ban guns, yada yada yada.  Whenever Obama got into office my folks openly bemoaned that they wish Clinton was President, or "I can't believe it, but I miss Clinton" yada yada yada.

Which brings me to the obvious question: Is there a possibility that in the future Republicans will remember Barack Satan Hussein Obama fondly like they do Clinton?  Will history run in such a way that when the next socialist commie Democrat gets elected, right wingers and whatever equivalent of "Tea Partiers" there are out in the future will look upon Obama as "a reasonable Democrat"?

Before anyone says "no, because he's a black" I'm referring to at least eight years in the future when youngs will grow older and what not.  I certainly think this is not only possible, but will happen. . . . especially when America gets more left wing (sorry guys, it's going to happen).  And I will laugh, pretty hard, when the first thing that many GOPhers will mention about what made Obama so reasonable is the Affordable Care Act.

Any other opinions on this?
